Playables Art

Playables Art is a web app for creating playable ads from templates — fast, consistent, and platform-ready. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data — email, login details, and basic profile info.
• Subscription data — plan, billing status, invoices, and payment history.
• Your assets — images, fonts, copy, and other files you upload to build playables.
• Build info — chosen template, export target (Unity / Mintegral / Bigo / etc.), and build logs.
• Basic usage data — device/browser type, IP address, and error logs.

What we do with your data

• Run the service — create accounts, manage access, and process subscriptions.
• Build exports — compile and package your playable archives on our servers.
• Improve reliability — diagnose failed builds, fix bugs, and keep things stable.
• Keep it secure — prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Communicate — send important service emails (billing, security, major updates).

What we don't do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t reuse your assets in other customers’ builds.
• We don't store full card details on our servers (payments are handled by a payment provider).

How asset storage works

• Your uploaded assets are used only to generate the builds you request.
• We may temporarily store assets and build outputs so you can download and re-export.
• We may automatically delete older build artifacts to keep storage efficient and the system fast.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login and security. These cookies are required for the service to function.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded assets and build artifacts may be stored temporarily so you can download or re-export them.

Older build artifacts may be automatically deleted to maintain system performance and storage efficiency.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Third-party services

Our service relies on trusted third-party providers such as payment processors, hosting infrastructure, and cloud storage. These providers only process data necessary to operate the service.
